How To Order

How do I place an order?

To place an order click on the “Shop” button and choose the relevant category of products you want. Clicking on an individual product will show further information and allow you to add the item to your cart. Some products require you to select a colour or thickness before you can add to your cart. Once you have added all the items you require click the “Checkout” button and enter your delivery details and then confirm payment options to finalise your order.

What if I can’t find the product I am looking for?

We do offer some products that are not listed on our website and can also source certain products directly from our suppliers on your behalf. Please contact us to find out more.

How much do I need to order?

There are no minimum order requirements although please note we offer free delivery nationwide on all orders over $100*. Anything below this will incur a delivery charge.

How do I know if my order has been received?

You will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive this please contact us to confirm the order has been received.

My Account

How do I register for an online account?

To register for an online account you can can click the “My Account” button at the top of each page. Alternatively when on the checkout page you can click the “Create an Account” button.

How do I login to my online account?

To log in to your online account simply click the “My Account” button at the top of the page and then enter your email address and password.

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using a credit/debit card or via direct bank transfer. Please note we will not process any orders until payment has been received in full.

I am ordering for a business can I have a credit account?

If you are a company that wishes to order regularly please contact us and subject to our credit application process we would be happy to open a credit account for you to use with us.

I already have a credit account set up what payment option do I choose?

If you have a credit account in place with us please select the “Direct Bank Transfer” option when placing your order and we will ensure this is placed on your credit account.

How do I get a copy of an invoice?

We send out invoices with all orders that are placed to the email address provided but if you require a copy to be resent please just contact us and we’ll sort that for you.

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

We offer free delivery on all orders over $100*. If below this amount we charge $8.50 for deliveries to the North Island and $13.95 for anywhere on the South Island. Rural areas will incur an extra $7.00 on top of these freight charges.

The delivery charge for the chosen delivery address is clearly shown for you on the checkout page.

We can also offer some additional urgent delivery options but these are quoted on a case by case basis so please contact us if require something on non-standard delivery.

How long will my delivery take?

Any North Island deliveries are usually a next day service with some areas a 2 day service.

The South Island is a 2-3 day service.

What is the cutoff time to get an order processed and dispatched the same day?

Orders placed before 2:30pm will be dispatched that day. Orders after this time will be dispatched the following day.

How is my order delivered?

We use a few national courier agents to deliver our products, the exact courier used will vary depending on location, product and size of the order. We would be happy to advise which agent is delivering your order and provide any relevant tracking details if required.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to any physical address within New Zealand. Unfortunately we cannot ship to any PO addresses and we do not offer any kind of international shipping.

I need my shipment urgently do you have other delivery options?

We can offer urgent shipping within the Auckland area and this is done on a case by case basis so please contact us to request a quote.

What if there is an issue with my delivery?

If you haven’t received your order within the delivery times stated above please contact us and we will investigate with our carrier for you.

If you have received your order but the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us right away and we will arrange replacement goods to be sent out and collect the damaged or incorrect products from you.

Returns

What is the return policy?

If you have change your mind and longer want a product at our discretion we may be able to issue a refund but you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Goods must be returned to us in the original packaging and in the same condition they were received. Once we have the goods back we will issue a refund but we reserve the right to deduct our shipping costs from the total refund amount.
