I was wanting to upgrade our laminator for our business but needed to be able to trial it prior to ensure it was suitable. We couldn't find anyone in Auckland that could provide some good advice. Little bit concerning ordering something from Tauranga in terms of delivery. However, it was delivered door to door the next day. Dion took the time to understand our needs and provide a recommendation of machine. A top-notch company with exceptional service. Needed the laminators asap and rang on Sunday avo. Monday morning our order was on its way! Great packaging, and included a little gift parcel as well...thank you, the lollies made my day :-)The machines were shiny and new and worked just as Dion said they would. The NZ Binding website is very easy to navigate and order from. I made initial contact via the online chat service as I needed an invoice to put through our school payment system. This arrived promptly and when I further requested a bank verification document, I received it almost immediately. Communication with the Sales Manager, Dion Warner, is friendly, personal and ultra efficient. It seems that nothing is a bother. My order arrived promptly and I am very happy with the product. NZ Binding will definitely be our chosen supplier of future binding requirements.
