When my old faithful binding machine died a slow death I was really worried about getting a new machine.

I should not have worried. NZ Binding had a large selection of machines and a range of costs. The online chat service was great as I was able to make sure I was getting a machine that suited what I wanted to use it for and how often I use it.
I thought the cost was reasonable for the quality of machine I purchased.
BUT, what really impressed me was the next day delivery of my new machine! And the machine does so much more than my old one!
I would recommend to anyone looking for a Binding Machine to look at NZ Binding first!
Customer service is excellent! And even got a follow up call to make sure that I was happy with the machine.
