Over the years I have found the service delivered by NZ Binding outstanding. Adrian from the get go remembered who I was and found the right solution to meet our requirements. He phones me when he thinks we might be running low on supplies (which we usually are) or to tell me about new products. It's great that I'm always speaking to the same person and the quality of products on offer is excellent!

We purchased a wire binding machine from NZ Binding. This was our first experience with this type of machine and we couldn't be happier with the item and the service from NZ Binding. We had the pleasure of having the machine delivered by a very helpful member of the company and were given a lesson on how to operate it. Excellent product and company.

After having multiple issues with our previous laminator (Fellowes Cosmic A3), I contacted Adrian at NZ Binding for information on servicing or upgrading . Adrian was incredibly helpful throughout the process, giving me clear and concise information on pricing and directed me to their website where I could see a step-by-step video of our soon to be laminator. The Artter LM320 arrived within two working days, well packaged and in pristine condition. The unit itself is has all metal parts - it is sturdy and well-made. The lamination process is much faster than our previous Fellowes model and it produces a smooth, flat final product. It was a breeze organizing my laminating needs with Adrian and it's a breath of fresh air to deal with someone passionate and enthusiastic about their work.

We purchased a wire binding machine entry level plus wire bindings, front and back covers. Turns our itinerary products into a very professional product.
