The service was exceptional. Very prompt response to all of our questions. Easy transaction and delivery within 2 days. We loved the heavy duty feel of the machine and that it is simple to use but very efficient. Even though we have just run a few sheets through the laminator, we are very impressed with the finish. Nice and quiet machine compared to our old one.
