Binding Machine Thermal Steelbind

I would just like to send my thanks to Dion who I spoke to last wednesday about a problem with our Steelbind Machine. He told me to return the machine to their workshop and he would make sure the machine was repaired or replaced. Today a replacement machine was delivered be courier. Dion thanks for the great customer service. Much appreciated by our team.
