This transaction was a breeze. I have become used to pretty average service when buying online, but these guys just took my order and had it dispatched in what seemed like the same 24 hour period. The system works perfectly and to be completely honest I would recommend them to anyone looking for anything to do with binding. A top-notch company with exceptional service. Needed the laminators asap and rang on Sunday avo. Monday morning our order was on its way! Great packaging, and included a little gift parcel as well...thank you, the lollies made my day :-)The machines were shiny and new and worked just as Dion said they would. Not flimsy, these are sturdy machines.Highly recommend and definitely have a return customer.

The NZ Binding website is very easy to navigate and order from. I made initial contact via the online chat service as I needed an invoice to put through our school payment system. This arrived promptly and when I further requested a bank verification document, I received it almost immediately. Communication with the Sales Manager, Dion Warner, is friendly, personal and ultra efficient. It seems that nothing is a bother. My order arrived promptly and I am very happy with the product. NZ Binding will definitely be our chosen supplier of future binding requirements.

Dion of NZ Binding is magic. I placed an order 19 days ago and tracked the package. To my dismay it was at the delivery depot for 13 days. Dion kept in contact with me and followed up with the courier company and it was delivered today. If not for Dion I don't think I would have received my order.I am very pleased with my order of binding covers.

After looking at several unsatisfactory options in retail stores, I became aware of NZ Binding. Quick delivery and quality products. 250 micron plastic covers are thick enough to be used as front and back covers but still easy to punch through with a comb binding machine. Even with shipping fee, far cheaper than Office Max or Warehouse Stationery. There was one small thing, It would be better if GST was included in the price on product page. Finding out GST on top of shipping cost on the final order page made me think twice about clicking order button. Still cheaper than any of competitors, I will definitely order stuff from them again.

After many years of using traditional comb binders to create workbooks for our clients, I stumbled across a video which showed how a Thermal Binding machine worked. I was very dubious of how easy it looked and how affordable it was. After doing a little research, we decided to give the thermal machine a try and slightly tentatively ordered one, along with binding covers that would accommodate our usual size of booklet.Well, you have raving fans. The time taken to assemble and bind the 40 booklets for the last session we needed was a fraction of what would have been taken previously; there was no wastage of time and resources reprinting booklets which had been misaligned during the hole punching process; the finished product was professional and held together well.My only query/feedback would be that we were able to disassemble and reuse unused booklets using the comb binding method, reducing waste. Is there a recycling process where this can be done?Thanks for a great video and a great product.

Excellent service and very helpful throughout the whole process.The only problem is we weren't aware our existing thermal binders would not work in this machine. We now need to purchase binders with the metal strip otherwise the machine won't work.

The 100 micron laminating pouches we purchased from NZ Binding were much cheaper than the 80 micron pouches we had been using from another supplier, and the quality is great! Combine that with fast shipping and friendly communication from NZ Binding, and they've got themselves a return customer. Very happy :) :)

We have just replaced our tired old laminator with a new one from NZ Binding.Couldn't be happier. Laminates so much better than an old one and seems a lot more hard wearing than the previous one. Steelbind Thermal Binding MachineI had done a bit of shopping around to try and find a decent binder for school documents. We have a plastic binder at our school but I felt it didn't quite achieve that professional look. I had seen a colleague get a document 'perfect' bound and had rung several local businesses to see what the cost would be to get a document binded. Most businesses did not do one or two copies, there was a minimum of 20 copies as they printed the pages too, this didn't suit me as I only wanted a document binded. I finally found NZ Binding that offered the machine for a fraction of a price. I would highly recommend using this, it is much faster than the plastic bound machines and adds that professional look for important documents. Adrian was easy to work with as I had a few concerns before making the purchase, the equipment arrived two days after I ordered it and he is even followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was working well.

Artter YD-LM320-I A3 laminator:This unit is sold and well built.Heats up in no time and was easy to get going.We used 200gsm paper and a 80 micron laminating pouch - the finished product was solid!

The Manual Wire Binding Machine is a great product that effectively and simply does the job well. NZ Binding was the most competitively priced and made the process of purchasing very easy. This has got to be the best place to buy laminating pouches!! Not only is the product itself good quality, but the packets are extremely cost-effective. I love that you can buy as many as you like but the cost of shipping does not change. The service is exceptionally prompt - delivery is often the very next day, even in the crazy season. You even get a little bag of lollies with each order. The team at NZ Binding are friendly and provide a great service. I won't be going anywhere else for laminating pouches!

After our old metal binding machine broke Adrian from NZ Binding recommended a new unit.He was able to give a very competitive quote and even offered to bring the machine to the office to demonstrate how it works.This was great because not only did we get the unit the same day we ordered it, Adrian was also able to give some great pointers, on how to use the machine and make binding easier. After having multiple issues with our previous laminator (Fellowes Cosmic A3), I contacted Adrian at NZ Binding for information on servicing or upgrading . Adrian was incredibly helpful throughout the process, giving me clear and concise information on pricing and directed me to their website where I could see a step-by-step video of our soon to be laminator. The Artter LM320 arrived within two working days, well packaged and in pristine condition. The unit itself is has all metal parts - it is sturdy and well-made. The lamination process is much faster than our previous Fellowes model and it produces a smooth, flat final product. It was a breeze organizing my laminating needs with Adrian and it's a breath of fresh air to deal with someone passionate and enthusiastic about their work.
