Presentation binding options to impress your clients

Read about my sales presentation binding options to help you make every sale.

I meet a lot of very good sales people who make over 100 sales calls a day. Its becoming increasingly challenging to maintain strong sales every month. There are millions of pages on the internet about products and pricing is available 24/7.

What are you doing different to make sure your selling stands out from your competitors?

I have been to many business seminars, networking events and I attend regular supplier presentations. Most people are moving with the times and giving their presentation to earn your business via a form of digital format.

It could be PowerPoint or if more face to face using an iPad or tablet. All fantastic ways to sell your product, service, or solution. However all that can end up being a complete waste of time if you forget one very important thing!!!

Use my presentation binding options to make sure people remember you!

Most people are very visual, so you might WOW them in that Digital Presentation. Key thing here is did you leave them anything to go over later. Not everyone can or will make a decision right there on the spot. So I suggest you back up your digital with printed material that reflects your business and makes a further lasting impression.

Once you have completed your sales presentation, you’ll need to print it in colour. Now you have several Presentation binding options.

According to several studies on nonverbal communication, Dr Albert Mehrabian, author of Silent Messages, has found that 7% of any message is conveyed through words. With a further 38% communicated through certain vocal elements and 55% through nonverbal elements (facial expressions, gestures, posture, etc).

So this said, and if your still reading this, most people can’t take in everything you say or show them…

Leave something printed for them to read.

Remember if you have ever seen a PowerPoint Presentation. You are often bombarded with a lot of information. The meeting ends, you shake hands, and carry on with your day.

So you receive say 40 emails, 25 phone calls, finish those reports, and just make that sales meeting. Next week the guy from the presentation, calls you back and what do you remember?

This is the same for your clients or potentials clients, we are all too busy and we need something printed to read afterwards to make that important decision.

So here is the Secret……. (SSSsssh, don’t tell everyone)

We all give that important digital presentation to win that new big client. Remember to print a copy of the presentation even if it’s just your logo and the slides and notes. It was important enough to take up their time, it’s just as important to have them do so follow up reading on it. Now here is the real secret.

Bind It. That’s right. Bind it with a plastic comb and a clear acetate cover and a leather-grain back.

For big ticket items, make it look like it’s worth it by binding with a wire coil and clear cover and leather-grain back.

Key Reason why to use Presentation binding

Your client will take it back to their office, either read it straight away or because you have bound it they will keep it in a safe place or on top of the pile.

Why? Because it has that plastic comb or wire on it and it has now become more important than plain white paper, or white paper with paperclips or (heaven forbid) staples.

They won’t throw it out, they will deal with it. That is how you will win against you competitors, because you cared enough to be different so you would stand out and be remembered.
